I was pleasantly surprised when your technician arrived on time and within a few minutes had diagnosed the problem and advised me of what it required to fix, and the cost before starting work. Once agreed he took off to get the parts required and was back within 25 minutes and the problem was fixed within the hour. Quite refreshing in this day and age to get that kind of service.
